Zusammenfassung

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a regional Patient-Centered Technician to cover our River Oaks center and travel to nearby sites. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies, manage consent, track progress with PHQ-9/QIDS-SR16, and document care in the EHR.

Strong communication and empathy are essential as you support patients through treatment. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma (Bachelor/Associate preferred), plus experience in fast-paced patient care.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma plus experience in fast-paced patient or customer care.
• Preferred higher education or clinical certification with 1+ year work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of EMR/EHR/CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Deliver TMS/esketamine treatment per protocols, including device setup and monitoring.
• Collect informed consent and administer rating scales to track progress.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns when needed.
• Schedule visits, handle co-pays, and support insurance workflows.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and comply with OSHA/HIPAA rules.
