Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is hiring a patient-centered technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies at our Saint Peters location. You will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and support scheduling, check-in and billing while maintaining accurate EHR.

This is a full-time role with Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts within 7am–7pm, requiring travel to all area centers as needed. Reliable transportation is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification includes High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification with relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work or related Human Services field and healthcare internship/work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine, monitor responses, record psychiatric scales, address discomfort.
• Maintain empathetic care, accurate EHRs, and manage scheduling, check-in/check-out and billing procedures.
• Support insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Travel to all centers in the region; reliable transportation is mandatory.
