Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a dedicated Patient-Centered Technician to support TMS and esketamine therapies at our Kensington center and surrounding locations. You will help with device setup, monitoring, consent forms, and patient assessments while documenting in the EHR and coordinating billing workflows.

The role requires travel between area centers and staying available during standard 7am-7pm shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or clinical certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn EMR/EHRs and CRMs quickly.
• Willingness to travel between centers within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols, including device setup, monitoring, blood pressure checks, and REMS forms.
• Collect Spravato Informed Consent forms and administer rating scales (PHQ-9, QIDS-SR16).
• Resolve patient discomfort during treatment following guidance and orders.
• Build trust with patients through empathy and reflective listening.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management or providers.
• Schedule visits, handle checkout and co-pays, support insurance and billing workflows.
• Keep equipment, medication, and supplies stocked and dispose of used devices and medications properly.
• Deliver monthly device variance reports to management.
• Answer phones, follow up with patients, and manage medical records and charting.
• Maintain training and certifications; comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and fraud, waste, and abuse laws.
