Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a full-time Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies across the River Oaks center and regional sites. Responsibilities include device setup, patient monitoring, and maintaining documentation in the EHR, with travel to area centers as needed.

The role offers direct patient impact, on-the-job training, and competitive pay starting at $22–$24 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package and professional certification

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, with stable, consistent work in fast-paced patient/customer care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Associate degree or equivalent clinical certification plus at least one year of experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn EMR/EHRs and CRMs; strong written and verbal communication required.
• Travel & Logistics: Travel to all centers region-wide; reliable personal transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols.
• Set up devices, monitor patients, perform BP checks, and complete REMS forms.
