Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies across St. Louis area centers. You will support patients with empathetic care, perform device setups, monitor vital signs, and manage documentation in the EHR.

The role is full-time, with 8-hour shifts between 7am–7pm, and requires regional travel between centers. Training in TMS/esketamine and related compliance is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma with stable, fast-paced patient or care experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor/Associate degree or clinical certification with 1+ year experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of EMR/EHRs and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine per provider protocols, including setup and monitoring.
• Collect consent forms and administer rating scales to track progress.
• Record sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management.
• Schedule visits, handle co-pays, and support insurance workflows.
• Maintain supplies and ensure device and medication inventory.
• Keep current with training, certifications and compliance policies.
