Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Saint Peters, MO, is hiring a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers.

This full-time role covers the St. Peters site with occasional travel to other area centers; reliable transportation is required. You will administer treatments, monitor responses, maintain EHRs, and assist with scheduling and billing while receiving specialized training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification.
• Significant experience in fast-paced patient or customer care roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD & Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel to all centers in the region; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines; monitor responses and record scales.
• Maintain empathetic patient care; ensure accurate EHR entries and scheduling.
• Support insurance and billing processes as needed to aid operations.
• Travel to all centers regionally; reliable transportation required for coverage.
