Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Kensington, MD is seeking a regional Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. This full-time role requires compassionate care, device setup, patient monitoring, and accurate documentation.

You will travel between area centers as needed, maintain certifications, support billing workflows, and collaborate with a dedicated team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus stable care/service experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or clinical certification preferred with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn EMR/EHRs and CRMs; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols and monitor patients.
• Collect informed consent forms and administer rating scales to track progress.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management or providers.
• Coordinate visits, co-pays, and discharge instructions; support insurance/billing workflows.
