Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a Regional Patient-Centered Technician to support our Kensington center and regional clinics. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patients, and document sessions in the EHR while coordinating with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma with experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service.
• Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or clinical certification preferred with 1+ year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols, including device setup and monitoring.
• Collect Spravato informed consent forms and administer PHQ-9, QIDS-SR16.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management or providers.
• Schedule visits, handle checkout and co-pays, and support insurance workflows.
• Keep equipment and supplies stocked and dispose of used devices properly.
