Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a regional Patient-Centered Technician to cover our River Oaks center and travel to area centers as needed. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patients, complete forms, and support billing workflows.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am and 7pm, with travel requiring reliable transportation and flexibility. You will receive specialized training and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, with stable patient or customer care experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate degree or clinical certification with at least one year of work experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR/EHRs; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatments per provider protocols and monitor patients.
• Collect informed consent forms and administer rating scales (PHQ-9, QIDS-SR16).
• Document sessions in the EHR and assist with scheduling and billing workflows.
• Keep equipment and supplies stocked and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA.
