Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is hiring a regional Patient-Centered Technician to support TMS and esketamine therapies across our River Oaks and surrounding centers. The role involves device setup, patient monitoring, consent collection, scheduling, and billing support, with travel to area centers as needed.

You’ll join a collaborative team, receive specialized training, and grow with our expanding outpatient network. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification with at least one year of work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn EMR/EHRs and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols.
• Collect Spravato Informed Consent forms and administer rating scales to track progress.
• Resolve patient discomfort using guidance and provider orders.
• Build trust with patients through empathy and reflective listening.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns or incidents.
• Schedule visits, handle checkout and co-pays, and support billing workflows.
• Keep equipment and supplies stocked and dispose of devices properly.
• Deliver monthly device variance reports to management.
• Answer phones, follow up with patients, and handle medical records and charting.
• Keep trainings and certifications current and follow compliance requirements.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.
