Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a Patient-Centered Technician to cover the Cary center on a PRN basis. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies, perform device setup and monitoring, administer assessments, and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.

Training will be provided to support certification in TMS/esketamine therapy. The role requires travel to area centers with reliable transportation and offers competitive hourly pay, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with relevant care/service experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or clinical certification plus 1 year of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel to all centers with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per protocols with device setup and monitoring.
• Administer PHQ-9 and QIDS-SR16 and collect informed consent forms.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management.
• Schedule visits, handle checkout, and support billing workflows.
• Maintain supplies and ensure proper disposal of medications and devices.
• Stay current with training, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
