Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing teams in a telecom technical environment.

• Proficient with Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of network services and technicians.
• Serve as single contact between Forged Fiber and contractors.
• Lead training, coaching and development on new processes and safety standards.
• Direct a team to meet attendance and performance targets.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and government agencies.
• Coordinate with the union to ensure productive working relations.
• Acknowledge wins, reward performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Motivate the team to achieve maximum performance.
