Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations to manage technicians in specific service areas and deliver quality residential and business services profitably. You will build a skilled, customer-focused team and promote Forged Fiber 37 products while exceeding customer expectations.

The role requires managing telecom operations, training, and contractor relations, with emphasis on safety and performance. Located in Arizona with regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years related experience in a telecom environment.
• Experience in training, coaching and mentoring in a union environment.
• Proficient with Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of residential and business services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors.
• Lead training and development of employees with regard to new processes and quality standards.
• Lead a team of technicians who meet attendance and performance standards.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to achieve a win-win working relationship.
• Motivate the team for continuous improvement and max performance.
