Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations in the United States to lead a team of telecom technicians, ensuring safe, reliable maintenance and proactive customer service across residential and business networks.

You will mentor staff, coordinate contractor relations, and enforce company policies while driving performance and quality improvements in a union environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience managing teams in a telecom technical environment.
• Experience in training, coaching and mentoring in a union environment.
• Proficient with Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.
• Knowledge of installing and maintaining residential and business services.
• Understanding of splicing and construction in telecom.
• Experience with contractor relations.
• Ability to consult with others, interview, present options and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians for residential and business services.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors to resolve issues during construction/maintenance.
• Lead training, coaching and development on new processes and quality standards.
• Lead a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance goals.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to maintain a positive working relationship.
• Drive continuous improvement and maximum performance.
