Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations to manage technicians across service areas and deliver reliable residential and business communications. You will build a knowledgeable, customer-focused team and promote Forged Fiber 37 products and services while exceeding customer expectations.

The role emphasizes training, performance coaching, and collaboration with contractors and unions to ensure safe, efficient operations in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in telecom technical leadership or similar.
• Experience in employee coaching, mentoring and training in a union environment.
• Proficient with Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors.
• Lead training and development on new processes and quality standards.
• Lead a team of technicians meeting attendance and performance standards.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to maintain a win-win relationship.
• Motivate the team for continuous improvement and max performance.
