Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations in Utah to manage technicians across service areas, delivering residential and business connectivity on a profitable, policy-driven basis. Qualifications

• 4+ years managing teams in a telecom tech environment.
• Experience in employee development, training and mentoring in a union setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and 5+ years related experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Act as single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors.
• Lead training, coaching and development for staff on new processes and quality standards.
• Manage attendance and performance, and represent the company to customers and agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to maintain positive working relationships.
• Recognize achievements and drive continuous improvement.
