Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations in Phoenix to manage field technicians and ensure high-quality residential and business connectivity while driving profitability.

You will lead a policy-driven team, coordinate with contractors and unions, and champion training, safety, and performance. This role emphasizes customer-focused service and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced field operations environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience managing teams in a telecom technical environment
• Experience developing employees including training, coaching and mentoring in a union environment
• Proficient with Excel, email, Word and legacy systems
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of residential and business services and Local Network processes
• Understanding of splicing and construction in telecom industry
• Ability to work consultatively with others and maintain customer-focused behavior
• 5+ years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors to resolve issues during construction/maintenance.
• Lead training, coaching and development of employees with regard to new processes and quality standards, safety, and skills.
• Lead a team of technicians who meet attendance and performance standards.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to achieve a win-win working relationship.
• Celebrate successes and use rewards/recognition appropriately.
• Motivate the team for continuous improvement and maximum performance.
