Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations to lead a team of technicians and manage both outside and inside plant network services across designated areas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality residential and business connectivity while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

You will coach and develop employees, coordinate with contractors, and act as the primary liaison with customers and agencies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing teams in a telecom technical environment.
• Experience developing employees via training, coaching and mentoring in a union setting.
• Proficiency with Excel, email and Word; familiarity with legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors.
• Lead training, coaching and development to meet quality standards and safety requirements.
• Direct a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance targets.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and government agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to achieve a win-win working relationship.
