Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Supervisor Region Operations to lead technicians in delivering residential and business communications services. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing telecom teams
• Experience developing employees through training, coaching and mentoring in a union environment
• Proficient with Excel, email, Word, and legacy systems
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of residential and business services and local network processes
• Understanding splicing and construction processes in telecom
• Ability to work consultatively and build rapport with others
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years related experience

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians
• Serve as single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors
• Coach and develop employees on new processes and quality standards
• Lead a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance standards
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies
• Collaborate with the union to achieve a win‑win working relationship
• Motivate team for continuous improvement and maximum performance
