Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations in Omaha, NE to lead field technicians and manage day-to-day network services installation and maintenance for residential and business customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing teams in a telecom technical environment.
• Experience developing and coaching employees, including in a union environment.
• Proficient with Excel, email, Word, and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians including installation and maintenance of residential and business services.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors to resolve issues during construction and/or maintenance.
• Lead training, coaching and development of employees on new processes and quality standards.
• Lead a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance standards.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to achieve a win-win working relationship.
• Celebrate successes and reward performance appropriately.
• Motivate the team for continuous improvement and maximum performance.
