Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC in Fort Collins, CO, seeks a Supervisor, Region Operations to lead field technicians and oversee outside/inside plant network services for residential and business customers. You will drive a culture of safety, quality, and customer focus across operations.

You will train, coach and mentor staff, coordinate with contractors and unions, and ensure on-time delivery of projects while controlling costs and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience managing teams in a telecom technical environment.
• Strong skills and experience in employee development including training, coaching and mentoring in a union environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.
• Knowledge of residential and business services, Local Network processes and product offerings.
• Knowledge of splicing/construction processes for the telecom industry.
• Experience with Contractor relations.
• Ability to work in a consultative manner with others and focus on customer outcomes.
• 5+ years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors to resolve issues in construction/maintenance.
• Lead training, coaching, and development to meet new processes and quality standards.
• Lead a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance standards.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to maintain positive relations.
• Celebrate successes and drive continuous improvement.
• Motivate the team for peak performance.
