Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Regional Service Specialist based in the United States. You will provide advanced technical and training support for a portfolio of enterprise imaging and networked products, serving dealers, distributors, field technicians, and end users.

Expect extensive travel, on-site visits, virtual classrooms, and seminars while maintaining high service standards. You will diagnose complex issues, document trends, and deliver formal training programs to elevate product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of technical engineering or service experience preferred.
• Experience in enterprise imaging, printers, or networked products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical and non-technical support for escalated issues across enterprise imaging, printers, and networked products.
• Diagnose complex problems and collaborate with dealer, distributor, and customer teams to resolve.
• Deliver formal training, onboarding, certification programs, and webinars.
• Travel to customer locations to provide technical consultation and training.
• Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
