Job summary

Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., leads field-based product training and technical support across the assigned U.S. region. The Regional Technical Specialist will train dealers, support product launches, and certify staff on the full Nice North America line.

You will travel to customer sites and trade shows, providing expert design guidance and remote/on-site assistance while collaborating with sales and technical teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 4+ years related experience.
• Experience presenting information in one-on-one and group settings.
• Experience with technical support of AV/Control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement product training and sales presentations for the Nice North America product line.
• Assist in launches by delivering training modules to key customers.
• Certify sales staff on new products and annually on the product line.
• Be the technical and design expert to advise dealers within the region.
