Job summary

The 20 LLC seeks a Regional Service Technician to join our enterprise IT services team. This role blends hands-on hardware repair with the flexibility to support workstations, networks, and server tasks onsite and remotely.

You will diagnose issues, document interactions, and follow SOPs to meet KPI targets while providing proactive IT guidance and secure, reliable solutions for client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware assembly, disassembly, maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and major software suites (Office).
• Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall technologies.
• Working knowledge of AD, Group Policy, and file sharing; server apps experience.
• Solid troubleshooting across OS, hardware and network issues, including malware removal.
• Ability to identify and diagnose failing hardware components.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with workstations, devices, OS, software, hardware, and servers.
• Provide onsite and remote customer support with thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Prioritize tickets per SOPs and KBs to meet KPI goals.
• Troubleshoot desktop, VPN, hardware, line-of-business apps, and server tasks.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance, and security tasks, including diagnostics.
• Execute networking tasks: cabling, patch panels, racks; apply wiring layouts.
• Install and configure software, OS, antivirus, and productivity suites.
• Back up data and perform system restores as needed.
• Test solutions, document work, and offer health recommendations.
