Rehlko in the United States seeks a Senior Service Specialist to deliver technical support, field service expertise, and dealer development for the Engine Division. You will be the primary technical resource for authorized dealers, providing phone-based troubleshooting, on-site diagnostics, and hands-on product training.

Location flexibility includes Florida, Georgia, or Alabama, with a focus on advancing dealer capabilities and maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive support

Qualifications

• Deliver technical support and field service expertise for Engine Division.

Responsibilities

• Phone-Based technical assistance to dealers via phone, email, or digital platforms.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and fuel-system issues and guide troubleshooting.
• Provide warranty guidance, parts identification, and service manual interpretation.
• Visit authorized dealers for on-site support and hands-on training.
