Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare North America, Inc. seeks a Regional Service Manager for the South region.

This fully remote role covers Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, or South Carolina, and requires leadership of field service engineers, installation, repair, and maintenance across a geographic area. The ideal candidate will have a technical engineering background, 5+ years of management experience, and a track record in medical imaging or high-tech capital equipment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field service activities for a geography, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Lead a team of Customer Service Engineers.
• Drive field service activities to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Project Management on new installations.
• Coordinate with Sales to optimize customer satisfaction and communication.
• Meet KPIs for response time, uptime, resolution time, and installation timelines.
