Job summary

Tractian Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our Customer Success team. The role is remote with on-site responsibilities at client locations, including installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support across the Atlanta region.

You will design deployment plans, guide sensor network architecture, and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Strong CRM and documentation skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with on-site installations and support.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to products.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide training to clients.
• Proficient in technical documentation and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of software and hardware solutions at client sites.
• Design project scopes and installation plans for new deployments.
• Advise customers on sensor network architecture and implementation best practices.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
• Provide on-site technical support and coordinating with production teams.
• Train clients on proper use and maintenance of installed products.
• Document installation processes and client interactions in HubSpot CRM.
