Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Technical Support and Sales Rep in the United States. The role blends technical customer support with consultative sales in a high-volume environment, helping businesses troubleshoot issues, understand needs, and identify products to support online growth.

You will handle inbound inquiries across phone, email, and chat, guide customers through initial online business needs, develop knowledge of products, and conduct consultative conversations

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience with ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication, active listening, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical questions and explain solutions to a broad range of customers.
