Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to provide multi-site technical leadership across an assigned region, focusing on end-to-end process audits, QMS compliance, sanitation, water treatment, startups, and corrective actions.

The role partners with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Corporate teams to ensure controls are executed as designed and to build plant capability through training and standardization.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process audits across multiple plants including QA, sanitation, water treatment, and packaging.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions from internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Provide on-site technical support during startups, go/no-go reviews, and significant process changes.
• Train and standardize operators and quality personnel; develop SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Corporate teams to ensure QMS compliance.
