Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to provide multi-site technical leadership across assigned plants, with emphasis on end-to-end process auditing, QMS compliance, sanitation, water treatment, startups, and corrective action.

You will partner with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Corporate teams to verify controls and testing, solve recurring issues, and build plant capability through training and standardization.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical, engineering, quality, or manufacturing experience in food/beverage manufacturing; multi-site support preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end process auditing, corrective-action, CIP/sanitation validation, water treatment, and startup activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support across plants within the assigned region based on food safety, quality, and operational risk.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for high-impact technical issues.
• Partner with plant teams, Engineering, suppliers, and OEMs to implement sustainable technical solutions and standardize best practices.
• Lead end-to-end process audits covering receiving, storage, processing, filling, packaging, and testing.
• Document evidence, identify gaps, communicate results, and drive corrective actions.
