Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to provide multi-site technical leadership across plants in the region. You’ll focus on end-to-end process auditing, QMS execution, process performance, sanitation, water treatment, startups, and corrective action.

You will collaborate with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Corporate teams to ensure controls are followed, defects are rooted out, and plant capability is built through training and standardization.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical, engineering, quality, or manufacturing experience in food/beverage manufacturing; multi-site support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support across assigned plants; prioritize by food safety, quality, customer, operations, and financial risk.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for recurring or high-impact issues.
• Partner with plant teams, Engineering, suppliers, and OEMs to implement sustainable technical solutions and standardize best practices.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct end-to-end process audits across plants; verify inspections, tests, and documentation.
• Develop and close corrective and preventive actions; monitor effectiveness and sustainability.
• Lead root-cause analysis for filling, blending, and processing systems; reduce downtime and waste.
• Oversee sanitation validation and water-treatment systems; validate performance and changes.
• Support startups, trials, and major equipment installations with risk assessments and go/no-go reviews.
• Provide on-site technical training for operators, technicians, and QA personnel; standardize SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
