Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Atlanta seeks a Regional Technical Manager to provide multi-site technical leadership with focus on end-to-end process audits, QMS compliance, sanitation, water treatment, startups and corrective action.

You will partner with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Corporate teams to verify controls and testing are executed as designed. This role leads root-cause analyses, implements sustainable technical solutions, coaches plant teams, develops SOPs, and

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical, engineering, quality, or manufacturing experience in food or beverage manufacturing; multi-site support preferred.
• HACCP trained/certified; SQF knowledge and FDA/CFIA requirements familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support across assigned plants with risk-based prioritization.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for high-impact issues.
• Partner with plant teams, Engineering, suppliers, and OEMs to implement sustainable technical solutions.
• Support site SQF Practitioners and HACCP teams in validation and verification of prerequisite programs and process controls.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct end-to-end process audits across all plants.
• Document evidence and drive corrective actions with clear ownership and due dates.
• Lead root-cause analysis for filling, blending, and processing systems.
• Lead sanitation validation, water treatment support, and startups.
• Develop and standardize SOPs and training materials; coach operators and quality personnel.
