Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Production to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging operations. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to SOPs and safety policies, and monitor equipment performance to meet daily targets.

The role requires leadership to drive improvements and a strong focus on quality and cost control. The position emphasizes coordinating with other departments, maintaining accurate records, and training team members in safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced beverage/manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment, directing staff to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, health and safety policies, and equipment monitoring.
• Drive process improvements, labor reporting and efficiency while delivering cost-effective quality products.
• Draft and post weekly staff schedules and communicate changes to the department manager.
• Lead cross-department collaboration to improve quality, efficiency and yields.
