Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Chicago, IL, seeks a Regional Technical Manager to provide hands‑on leadership across multiple plants, focusing on end‑to‑end process audits, sanitation, water treatment, and startup support.

You will collaborate with Quality, Operations and Corporate teams to ensure controls and testing are executed as designed and to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in beverage technical roles, strong auditing capabilities, and a track record of

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical, engineering, quality, or manufacturing experience in beverage.
• HACCP trained; SQF knowledge; cGMP/FDA awareness.
• Experience with end-to-end process audits and CAPA.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on regional technical support across assigned plants.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and corrective actions for high‑impact issues.
• Audit end‑to‑end processes and verify QMS compliance.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions with clear ownership and due dates.
• Lead startups, trials, and changes; document lessons learned.
