Collaboration with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Corporate teams is essential to verify controls and improve plant capability. The role involves leading root-cause analyses, supporting food safety, and driving

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, food science, microbiology, chemistry, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical/manufacturing experience in food/beverage.
• Experience with end-to-end process auditing and CAPA.
• HACCP/SQF knowledge and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on regional technical support across plants and prioritize risks.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Partner with plant teams to implement sustainable technical solutions and standardize best practices.
• Lead end-to-end process audits across plants and verify QMS compliance and documentation.
