Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to provide multi-site technical leadership across the North American region.

You will own end-to-end process audits, QMS compliance, sanitation, water treatment, and startups, partnering with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to drive corrective actions and plant capability improvements. Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical/engineering/manufacturing experience in food/beverage.
• HACCP trained/certified; SQF knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process audits across plants and verify QMS compliance.
• Coach plant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions and sustain improvements.
• Troubleshoot filling, blending, carbonation, and process control issues.
• Develop and standardize SOPs and training to share best practices.
