Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to drive market development, customer engagement and pipeline management for the TESSA platform across multiple regions. You will lead training, clinical onboarding and sales execution with a focus on achieving revenue targets and high-quality clinical experiences.

The role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, extensive orthopedic medical device sales experience, and willingness to travel up to 90% with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience. Sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew's first-to-market spatial surgery platform, TESSA across a defined geographic region.
• Manage market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff & reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding experiences from a clinical and technical perspective.
