Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across defined regions. You will lead market development, engage customers and manage the pipeline to exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities include training surgeons and staff, overseeing trial prep and onboarding, and coordinating with executives to ensure clinical and technical success across territories. This is a high-travel, strategic field-role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s first-to-market spatial surgery platform, TESSA across defined regions.
• Engage customers, develop market, create opportunities and manage pipeline to exceed revenue targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; oversee trial preparation and customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology; ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
