Job summary

Smith+Nephew in the United States seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to drive adoption of the TESSA platform across defined regions. You will lead market development, engage customers, shape opportunities, manage pipelines and support sales execution with clinical insight.

Travel is extensive (90%), and you will train surgeons, staff and reps, coordinate trials and onboarding, and report to the Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation or enabling technology sales strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders: surgeons, administrators, executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform across a defined geographic region.
• Market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding.
