Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform across five U.S. regions. You will lead market development, engage surgeons and administrators, oversee pipeline and sales execution, and train staff for successful trials and onboarding.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, with strong presentation, relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills. 90% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience, preferred in sports medicine or capital equipment.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined geographic region.
• Manage market development, customer engagement, pipeline, and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
