Job summary

Smith+ Nephew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform across defined regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West, and Mid-Atlantic. You will drive market development, engage customers and build a robust sales pipeline.

Role requires training surgeons and staff, achieving revenue targets, and coordinating trials with a clinical/technical focus. Expect 90% travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management; execute sales across defined regions.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue and sales targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure trial preparation and onboarding success.
• Provide clinical and technical leadership across trials and customer onboarding.
• Report to Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
