Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Managers to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform. You will lead market development, engage customers, and build a robust sales pipeline across designated regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic.

The role demands 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong presentation and relationship skills, and the ability to train surgeons and staff while coordinating trial activities. Travel is approximately 90%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience, preferably sports medicine or capital equipment with video, robotics, navigation or enabling tech.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA).
• Drive market development, customer engagement and opportunity creation across defined regions.
• Manage pipeline, training and certifying surgeons, staff and reps, and oversee trial prep and onboarding experiences.
• Contribute to strategic business planning to exceed revenue and sales targets.
