Smith+Nephew is hiring Spatial Surgery Development Managers to accelerate adoption and commercialization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across five regions (Northeast, South, Central, West, Mid-Atlantic).

You will manage market development, engage customers, create opportunities, and oversee pipelines while training surgeons and staff to ensure successful trials and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine or capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred.

Aufgaben

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s spatial surgery platform, TESSA, across defined regions.
• Drive market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
