Job summary

Smith+Nephew is recruiting five Spatial Surgery Development Managers to cover the Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic regions for the TESSA spatial surgery platform.

In this role you will drive market development, engage customers, create opportunities, manage pipelines and execute sales. You will train surgeons and staff and oversee trials and onboarding from both clinical and technical perspectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience, especially sports medicine or capital equipment.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined geography.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue and sales targets from clinical and technical perspectives.
