Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across regions. You will lead market development, engage customers, create opportunities, manage pipelines, and oversee sales execution with clinical and technical perspective.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and communication skills, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA) across a defined region.
• Drive market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, and pipeline management.
• Lead sales execution with clinical and technical viewpoints, including trial prep and onboarding.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps, ensuring smooth transitions and customer experiences.
