Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region in the Northeast, South, Central, West, and Mid-Atlantic.

You will lead market development, engage customers, manage opportunities, train surgeons and staff, and drive pipeline and sales execution with clinical and technical oversight, reporting to the Area VP of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nebhew's spatial surgery platform across a defined geographic region.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management.
• Oversee sales execution and business planning to exceed revenue targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
