Job summary

Smith+Nebhew Spatial Surgery Development Manager role in the United States focuses on accelerating commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across a defined region. You will drive market development, engage customers, and manage pipelines while training surgeons and staff from both clinical and technical perspectives.

The position requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong presentation and relationship skills, and the ability to coordinate with surgeons,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew's spatial surgery platform, TESSA, across a defined geographic region.
• Market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and sales execution within the region.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report directly to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
