Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined US region. You will lead market development, engage customers, build pipelines and drive sales execution with a clinical/technical perspective.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience. Sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew's first-to-market spatial surgery platform, TESSA.
• Market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and sales execution across a defined geographic region.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding experiences from a clinical and technical perspective.
• Report to Area VP of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology and drive revenue targets across the region.
