Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead operation and repair of solar and storage sites, coordinating with subcontractors and field technicians to meet client expectations.

You will drive on-time delivery, manage budgets, and train and motivate teams while maintaining rigorous safety standards and reporting progress to stakeholders.

This role requires travel up to 50%, strong leadership, and the ability to interface with customers to sustain professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a HS diploma with 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within construction or energy industries.
• Experience managing a team of contractors in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lead remote technicians and contractors; valid driver's license.
• Strong customer-service focus and ability to teach and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and repair of solar and storage sites, including commissioning when needed.
• Coordinate field services with subcontractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage deadlines and budgets; train and motivate the team.
• Interface with customers to maintain professional relationships.
• Prepare reports and identify trends using reporting software.
