Job summary

Enel North America seeks a Regional HSEQ Operational Manager to lead health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives across Wind, Solar, Storage, and Demand Response operations. You will coach leaders, define and implement programs, and ensure ISO compliance with a strong focus on risk assessments and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in HSEQ within power generation or industrial ops; 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with ISO-based management systems, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems for HSEQ reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American HSEQ function across Wind, Solar, Storage, and Demand Response operations.
• Mentor HSEQ regional managers and staff; align with corporate goals.
• Develop and implement HSEQ programs mapping to ISO standards and local regs.
• Define emergency plans and conduct risk assessments.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near misses; drive corrective actions.
• Oversee field inspections, safety observations, and compliance audits.
• Coordinate HSEQ reporting and data integrity; support budgeting and procurement.
